Employee Benefits and Compensation

年薪: Starting salaries are based upon market data and vary depending upon the position. See position classifications and postings for specific information.

LCSO benefits include but are not limited to the following:

健康保险: All full-time employees have a choice of a PPO or HMO plan with up to 87.5% of the premium paid by the LCSO.

Application and Hiring Process

Before appointment to any position with the 利昂县警长's Office, applicants must successfully complete multiple steps in the hiring process.
